Equine Assisted Counselling
Being outside around such a huge, goofy, sweet animal creates a counselling experience you just can’t get in an office.

I have been working with children and youth since 2003 and have been a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) since 2015. I work from a client centred approach and integrate evidence based practices into creative and collaborative sessions. Equine assisted counselling gives children and youth an opportunity to work on their mental health in a non-traditional environment. I love getting to see kids and teens respond so positively to a low pressure environment and get comfortable opening up and engaging in a unique way.
I provide counselling services to children and youth dealing with:
- Anxiety
- Behaviour issues
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Selective Mutism
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- ADHD and Learning Disorders
